Sadly, Frank passed away on January 14, 2023. Joel was at his side. We will always be comforted that he had so many caring people in his life; the musicians he knew and performed with, his wonderful music students, his fellow teachers, the caretakers he adored, his community, Elly and his family… especially his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
